Returns & Exchanges
Here at OPHEVIA, we want you to be entirely happy with your purchase.
We're very sorry you do not like your recent purchase & will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition within 14 days of purchase.
The qualifying conditions for return/exchanges are:
1) Original ziplock bag packaging with the secured tag intact.
2) Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unused items only.
3) Returns/Exchange limited to one time only.
4) Exchange is only allowed for difference size & not allowed for a different item.
5) Returns/Exchange are not allowed for sales items.
Please send us an email via the 'Get In Touch' link, state your order number & reason for returning. We will get back to you within 3 working days on your return procedure.
We will refund the price of the merchandise in the form of credit vouchers with a 6 months validity period upon receiving the return.
Credit vouchers are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for extension.
Postage/Courier fees for returns will be at your own cost.
All return parcels have to reach us within 14 working days from the date you receive your item. The credit voucher will be generated and sent to your email only if all qualifying conditions are met.
We do not offer online exchanges at the moment. If you would like to exchange an item, please send us an email via the 'Get In Touch' link, state your order number & item you'd like to exchange. We will get back to you within 3 working days on your Exchange procedure & if the exchange request is successful.
Self exchange at our office is possible and you are able to collect your exchange item on the spot.
OPHEVIA reserves the right to reject any Return or Exchange if any of the above conditions are not met.
OPHEVIA is not responsible for any lost returns. We highly recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
