Q: Where is Ophevia from?

A: We are proudly based in Sunny Singapore! 

Q: Do I need to create an account to purchase an item?

A: Yes! In order to proceed with your purchases, an account is required. By creating an account, you'll be able to view details of all your past purchases.  

Q: How long are items kept in my shopping bag?

A: Items in your shopping bag are not reserved as long as payment have not been made. 

Q: What are the forms of payment?

A: We accept all major credit cards & Paypal. 

Q: Can I pay via bank transfer?

A: Unfortunately we do not accept this form of payment. 

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

A: Yes! After your order has been completed, our website does not store your credit card information in any way. 

Q: How do I use my credit voucher?

A: Upon checking out, enter the credit voucher code in "Discount" field and click "Apply". The total cost will be updated once the credit voucher has been successfully applied. 

Q: How do I know if my payment is successful?

A: After successful payment from PayPal or via the credit card option from checkout, you'll receive an email with the subject "OPHEVIA Order # Confirmed". If paid via PayPal, you'll receive an additional email from service@paypal.com.sg stating your receipt for payment to Ophevia Pte Ltd. 

If you do not receive this email shortly after your successful payment, please contact us at opheviasg@gmail.com with a screenshot showing your payment and we will assist you accordingly. 

Q: Are the colours on your website similar to the actual product? 

A: Our team try our utmost best to portray the most accurate colours on our website. However, please note that actual colours may still vary due to the use of different type of devices, and resolutions settings used to view our websites. 

Q: How do I care for my products?

A: There is a tag stating washing tips and care included in every item. Please follow the instructions carefully to prevent damaging the product.
